We send emails to each of our customers every 1-2 weeks to update them on the production of their order. You can also email our support team for updates.
It may be possible to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Check your email for updates. Once your order has shipped, expect shipping times of 2-6 business days for USA shipping and 3-20 days for international.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we can send you an update on when your order will ship.
It depends on the product. Some products are made in New York by DANTE-X. Our other partner manufacturers are located in Los Angeles, New York, and Guangzhou. Additionally, we are looking to expand our production to Italy and Portugal in the near future.
We currently do not provide returns. All sales are final.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. In some cases, if you are an international customer you may have to pay duty fees after the product is shipped. Please keep this in mind when purchasing one of our products.
