Checking your order status

All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. For order updates, please contact our support team via email.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

It may be possible to cancel or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible.

When will I get my order?

Check your email for updates. Once your order has shipped, expect shipping times of 1-5 business days for USA shipping and 3-14 days for international.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we can send you an update on when your order will ship.

Where are your products manufactured?

It depends on the product. Some products are made in New York by DANTE-X. Our other partner manufacturers are located in Los Angeles, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

What is the return policy?

We currently do not provide returns. All sales are final.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. In some cases, if you are an international customer you may have to pay duty fees after the product is shipped. Please keep this in mind when purchasing one of our products.
